Summer Literacy Activities

We are delighted to  share #StreamMyStory. A series of free and engaging digital events for children families and schools  brought to you by Scottish Libraries (including Aberdeen City Libraries). Featuring Matthew Fitt, Joseph Coelho, Pamela Butchart, Philip Caveney, Debi Gliori, Anthony McGowan and Patrice Lawrence among others.

We hope you will use the programme to enthuse   children and young people  about reading and storytelling and to encourage them to explore and develop their creativity by making their own stories. The content will  be available during the summer holidays to support children and families to continue their reading journey. We hope you will also encourage children to take part in Aberdeen Reads our digital reading challenge -more information about this will follow shortly.
