Fractions with P7

P7 have been learning about fractions.

We learnt how to change a mixed fraction into an improper fraction and vice versa.

We also have been learning to add fractions.  If the denominator is the same number its easy, you just add the top numbers.

Example
1/3 + 2/3 = 3/3 = 1

But if the denominator is different you have to find a common multiply.

Example

2/5 + 1/2 = 4/10 + 5/10 = 9/10
